In our company, we use the following grades from this list:

To understand your level, you can always contact your team leader and ask for a Grade Interview.
You can also try to go through the desired grade list and understand if you have enough knowledge. Every developer has the right to undergo Performance Review once a year. You can sign up for it with your team leader.
