Salaries
Salary is determined individually for each employee based on their skills, experience, and specific grade Salaries are paid monthly in accordance with Armenian labor regulations.
Every employee is eligible for a salary increase upon successful completion of their Performance Review. The company is interested in motivating employees, and salary is one of the motivational factors.
If an employee believes they are not earning enough, they can discuss their salary with one of the managers.
Salaries are paid in the currency of the country where the employee resides.
Bonuses
The company can pay an annual bonus based on the employee's achievements, which are determined individually by the company's management.
