Performance Review

Performance review - is the process of evaluating an employee's work performance that is conducted regularly (usually once a year) in our company. During this process, the team leader assesses the employee's performance, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and sets goals and objectives for the next period.

For developers, Performance review - can be especially important because they work in a dynamic field and must constantly keep up with new technologies and approaches in their area of expertise. The results of the performance review can affect their further development in the company, including salary increases and potential promotion to a higher developer grade.

Typically, Performance review - is conducted by senior and above-level developers who have sufficient experience and knowledge to evaluate the performance of other employees. They may communicate with the employee, conduct interviews, ask questions, and analyze work results.

As a result of the Performance review - the employee can receive feedback on their work and recommendations for further development of their skills and abilities. If the employee has achieved significant success in their work and meets the requirements of the next grade level, they may be offered a promotion. Salary increases may also be considered if the employee has demonstrated high performance and accomplished the company's goals.
