Working in the company

Our colleagues work all around the world, which creates certain difficulties for joint work. However, we follow certain rules that help us complete tasks and finish everything on time.

The main rules are:

• Work from anywhere, but be in touch during Yerevan time.
• Work as much as you want, as long as you deliver tasks on time and do them correctly.
• Do not miss mandatory rituals:
  • Stand-up in the team
  • Planning in the team
  • Flight review in the team
  • Retrospective in the team
  • During the team meetings camersa should be on, if it's ok.
• Once a month, we hold an optional L&L (Lunch & Learn) session, where anyone can voluntarily share their experience, tools, or ideas with the team.
• Coordinate with the team (not with the boss) if you will be absent during an important moment.
• Plan your vacations 2-3 weeks before the desired date.
• Coordinate your days-off with the team.
• Make the most of your study budget.
• Part of the team, part of the ship 🏴‍☠️
• The team is responsible for problems in the project, not the individual.
• Actively help the client solve problems.
• Offer ideas to the client.
• Don't be afraid to speak up if something is not right.
• Criticize and propose - truth is born in disputes.
