Working Conditions

We provide the following package for our employees:

• Salary based on agreement (1 time per month)
• Official employment for those who reside in Armenia
• 28 days of vacation with the possibility to take them at any time and in any amount
• Payment for English language learning
• Acquisition of courses for development and training
• Hangouts evenings every 3 months for the whole team
• Acquisition of necessary equipment and peripherals for work
• Holiday pay (We pay the full salary even in the vacation month)
• Annual performance review (with salary increase) and the possibility to nominate a candidate from the team for performance review if the team believes that they have outgrown their current level.
• Attendance at conferences and meetups.
